Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Talk is a product of Integrono, provided by FOP Muravshchyk Ihor Oleksandrovych, RNOKPP 3079404810, Ukraine.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, workspace and login events, including Google sign-in if you use it.

Billing data: plan, interval and payment status. Card payments go through WayForPay. We do not store full card numbers.

Product data: channels you connect, inbox threads, knowledge articles, campaigns and API keys you create.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs needed for HTTPS, security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use data

We use this data only to run Talk for your workspace: sign-in, billing, inbox, broadcasts and the channels you connect.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Sharing and retention

We share data only with processors needed to run Talk: WayForPay for card checkout, and the messaging platforms you connect (email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram).

You may ask us to close the account and delete data we no longer need to keep by law. Write from the email on the account.

Android app

The Integrono Talk Android app (package com.integrono.talk) is a client for your Integrono Talk account at talk.integrono.com. It uses the same account and the same data as the website; this policy applies to both.

What the app collects

Account data: your email address and name when you sign in with email or with Google. With Google Sign-In we receive only your name, email and Google account ID; we never see your Google password.
The content you create or open in the app (customer conversations from your connected channels, your customers' contact details, and the workspaces you own (including their channels, knowledge base and campaigns)), which is stored on our servers so it syncs with the web cabinet.
Crash reports: when the app fails, it sends us the error message, stack trace, app version, build number and the platform name ("android"). Crash reports contain no device identifiers, location or contacts.
A sign-in token is kept on your device (Android shared preferences) so you stay logged in. Signing out removes it.

What the app does not collect: location, contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, advertising ID or other device identifiers. The app has no ads and no third-party analytics SDKs. It only requests the Internet permission.

Security: all traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS (TLS).

Sharing: we do not sell or share your data with third parties. We use service providers to run the service (hosting in the EU, Cloudflare, Google for sign-in, email delivery); they process data only on our instructions.

Retention and deletion: we keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all related data in the app (Account → Delete account), at https://talk.integrono.com/account/delete, or by writing to [email protected] from the account email. Deletion from the app or the web page is immediate; email requests are handled within 30 days. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days; backups roll over within 30 days.

Recurring WayForPay payments for workspaces you own are stopped when you delete your account; no further charges are made.
