Do I need Meta approved before I can try Talk?

Where is the money charged?

In euro through Integrono card checkout. Same price on the landing and on the bill.

Can I put Talk on a customer site today?

Yes. Connect the widget channel, copy the snippet, paste it before </body>. Messages land in the same inbox.
